What are the delivery costs?

Standard Delivery UK Mainland Cost is £5.99.. For orders over £75.00, we offer free delivery to UK Mainland. Please contact us for UK Offshore and Europe Delivery. 

 

We can also arrange International Delivery. Prices start from £10. Allow up to 21 days for your flowers to arrive.

Royal Mail also offer a guaranteed next day delivery at a cost of £8.55. Please contact us if you would like to use this option. 

 

When will my item be delivered?

 

We send our parcels via Royal Mail 1st class.  These normally arrive on your chosen delivery date, however please be aware that in some cases it may arrive on the

next available delivery date. We cannot guarantee next

day delivery with this service. For guaranteed service please see above. 

What is your returns policy?

Items may be returned within 14 days from purchase in saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns and do not accept responsibility for items that are lost while being returned to us. We therefore recommend proof of postage or a tracking number is obtained to follow your parcel. 

How do I return an item?

 

We want you to be happy with your item however if there are any issues please contact us directly at info@auburninteriors.co.uk. and follow the process set out above. 

What if my item is damaged? 

 

If your purchase is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange your return. All damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt. together with images of the damaged item. We will require you to return the item as it may be necessary to return it to the manufacturer.

How do receive my refund? 

 

Once your product has been safely returned to us, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return. We will then process your refund for the original amount paid. A replacement or refund will be issued within 8-10 days. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.

How do I look after my flowers?  

All our faux flowers, foliage and plants can be wiped down with a damp cloth if required. To keep your flowers looking perfect keep out of direct sunlight and moisture to avoid colour fading. 

Your item may need some adjustment once you've unwrapped it. Decide where you will place your flowers and then start gently teasing some of the foliage/twigs outwards to give a natural, fluid look.

Some flowers have plastic stems which can be placed in water however for those stems with paper wraps, these are not suitable for use in water and should instead be placed in a ceramic/stone vase where the stem ends cannot be seen. 

 

Can I have my flowers Gift Wrapped?
 
Your purchase can be sent as a gift.  Wreaths can be beautifully presented in an elegant black gift-box  lined with coloured tissue paper.. The cost of sending our quality gift boxes is £7.50.  Please note, delivery is an additonal cost. 
We can also send smaller bouquets and smaller items as gifts. These will be wrapped in luxury tissue paper, cellphane and ribbon/raffia. These items will be placed inside another cardbox box to be well protected  during  transit. Tissue and Cellophone Gift Wrapping is £3.50
If the item is for you to use at home, it will be sent safely wrapped in a cardboard box (recycled). You will only have to pay for delivery costs if your order is under £100. 
How do I include my message for Gifts?
You can add a message with your Gift,in at the payment (Cart) stage. Just follow the steps below. 
  1. Click Add a note on the Cart page.

  2. Enter your note.

  3. Click Checkout.

What if an item is showing as out of stock?
Usually we should be able to restock an item. Contact us by email to let us know what you would like and the quantity. We will get back to you as soon as we can with an update.
